Performance Report Overview

Overview:

All of DocuPet’s partners and any staff members of their choosing may be provided access to DocuPet’s secure Reporting Application.

If you see this symbol when in the reporting page it means you have “Organization Performance Reports” access. This means that you have the ability to view overall program performance and insights into new licensing rates vs renewal rates. 

How To:

1. From your DocuPet Dashboard to access your reporting you will need to click “Reports”.

2. Once here, highlight the  “Organization Performance Reports” Icon.

3. When you highlight the Performance symbol you will see the option to click “License Sales” or “License Renewal Rate”.
 

                 

4. You will see your Organization pre-selected and then you will select the “Date Range” you are looking for data on.

5. If you selected the “License Sales” option, this will load a summary view of all License Sales. The data is broken into graphs which can highlight categories like New Pet’s First License Sales, Existing Pet’s Renewal License Sales, New Pet Owner’s First License Sales, and Existing Pet Owner License Sales.   

• Once you have been with DocuPet for over a year, you can see the comparative data and how license sales have improved over time. 

6. If you’ve selected the “License Renewal Rate” option, you’ll go through the initial steps to select your date range. 

7. Next, you’ll see a breakdown of data, and the graphs will highlight categories like: Renewal Breakdown, Renewal Percentage, Compliance Rate, and Renewal Rate Relative to Expiry Date. 

Important Considerations:

In the event that you attempt to access a report for which you do not have the necessary permissions, please reach out to the designated individual within your organization responsible for managing staff access. You can also contact our Administrator Support team.
