We Received Return Mail, What Should I Do?

Overview:

You can update the account you received return mail for and flag it so that we don’t send out any other mailed reminders until the address has been updated.

How-To:

1. Locate the Pet Owner using the Pet Owner Record Search and click on the Pet Owner’s name.

2. Click “Edit” on the Pet Owner account.

3. Click the box that says “Returned Mail” near the bottom of the page.

4. Once completed, click "Save Pet Owner Details".

All done! Unless the address in the account is updated by either an administrator or the Pet Owner in their online account, the system will not send any kind of renewal mail.
