Reporting Access Overview

Use Cases/Overview:

When setting up a new administrator all users will receive the “Vendor Reporting” access by default, unless otherwise specified.

Important Considerations:

Here is an overview of the different reporting permissions:

  • Vendor Reporting Access: These reports can be made available to specific users based on vendor permission levels. For example, a single team member or shelter location could have access to their vendor report for reconciliation reasons.
  • Municipal Reporting Access: This level provides access to 2 reports: The sales report and the remittance report. The sales report is the overall view of all license sales processed by all vendors. It can be filtered by jurisdiction, date range and time zone. The remittance report presents sales collected by DocuPet that will be remitted to the organization, less any applicable fees.
  • Performance Reporting Access: These reports help to illustrate overall program performance and provides insights into new licensing rates vs renewal rates.

In the event that you attempt to access a report for which you do not have the necessary permissions, please reach out to the designated individual within your organization responsible for managing staff access. You can also contact our Administrative Support team.
