How To Remove A Late Fee From An Order

How-To:

  1. To start, proceed with the licensing process as normal. 
  2. When reviewing the order summary on the right side of the screen, you'll see a line item labelled "Late Fee". To remove the late fee, click on the “Remove” option. 

 

 

3.     Once completed, click “Continue” and move forward with the payment process. 



Once payment has been made, you should now see the final Order Summary page. From here you can print the receipt and/or Pet License Proof for the Pet Owner if needed. Keep in mind, if the Pet Owner has an email on file then they will have an order confirmation email with the receipt attached in their inbox already.
