How to Process Split Payments

Overview:

Not all partners have access to this split payment option. Splitting payment between multiple payment types is a program aspect set up by your Organization prior to launching with DocuPet. If you are unable to select multiple payment options on the payment screen, that means you do not have access to this feature. If your Organization would like to discuss adding this feature to your program, please reach out to your Organization's dedicated Relationship Manager for more information. 

How-To:

1. To start, proceed with the licensing process as normal. 
   • Refer to "How To Place An Order For A License Or Renewal" if necessary.
     
     
2. Once on the “Payment Method” screen, click on the first form of payment and type in the amount. When finished, click on “Save Payment Type and Amount”.
   
   
   
   
3. Repeat Step Two with the second form of payment and the remaining balance. 
   
   
   
   
4. Then you should see both payment methods and amounts displayed accordingly. 
   
   
   
   
5. To proceed with the payment process, click “Continue” on the bottom right-hand side.
