Overview:
The Licensing Communication System allows us to send licensing-related communications via letter mail, email and automated phone calls to Pet Owners and Residences in the DocuPet database.
Communications are dynamically generated via the DocuPet system and are automatically scheduled and sent based on license expiration dates.
DocuPet’s pre and post expiration emails are part of our regular communications flow for all pet owners that have an email address on file. These emails contain content reminding the pet owner that their pet’s license is up for renewal and or has since expired and needs to be repurchased.
Each letter communication is accompanied with renewal instructions based on the Pet Owner's Account.
Online Access Codes:
On our letter communications, we include a one time use online access code which pet owner’s will use to activate their online account.
