How Do Pet Owners Report Pets Lost Using DocuPet?

How-To:

1. Online Pet Owners who have agreed to DocuPet's terms of service can login to their account to file a lost pet report under the "My Pets" tab.
   
   

2. If the pet owner is an offline pet owner, they must first access their online account.
   • Access codes can be found on all DocuPet renewal communication or provided by an administrator.
