Why Can't I Access the Demo Environment?

Overview:

The Demo environment is a safe, non-production version of DocuPet used for training, testing, and demonstrations.

It allows partner administrators to:

• Explore the DocuPet platform without risk.

• Practice workflows (licensing, renewals, reporting, etc.) prior to launching in the Live system.

Key characteristics of the Demo environment:

• Uses sample or test data only.

• Does not connect to real payment processors.

• No real residents, pets, or financial transactions.

• Actions taken do not impact live records or revenue.

• May be reset periodically, which can remove demo data.

The Demo environment is intended strictly for learning and practicing (not for operational or long-term use).

Accessing Demo:

Once a partner officially goes live on the DocuPet Production/Live environment, access to the Demo environment is removed.

This helps ensure:

• There is no confusion between test data and real records.

• All activity occurs in the official, auditable Production system.

• Real transactions and reporting are handled correctly.

After your launch date, all training, testing, and operational work should be completed in the Live (Production) environment. If an administrator requires additional training support or walkthroughs after launch, DocuPet Administrator Support can provide guidance through training session recordings and HelpDesk resources.
