Use Cases/Overview:
If there was a note that was incorrectly added (or is no longer relevant) to a Pet Owner’s profile, Pet Profile, or an Order and you wish to have it removed, you will need to reach out to Administrator Support for assistance. Please send an email to support@docupet.com with the following details:
- Pet Owner ID
- Screenshot of the Note to be deleted, or the Note details (content of the note, date/time note was placed, and author of said note)
