How to Remove a Pet Owner

How To:

1. Locate the Edit option next to the pet owner’s name and click it.

2. At the top of the page, change the pet owner’s Status from Active to Inactive.

3. Select an appropriate Removal Reason.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save Pet Owner Details.

5. Accept the removal disclaimer.

The pet owner will now display as Inactive next to their name.
Inactive pet owners will appear highlighted in blue and no further communications will be sent.
This status will also be visible when searching for the pet owner using the Pet Owner Record Search tool.
