Overview
Follow this process if your DocuPet Admin account password is about to expire, or you need to update your password to something more secure.
Step 1: Login to your DocuPet Admin Account
If you have forgotten your password, or it has expired, follow the steps in this article: Forgot Password & Password Expiry
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
From the homepage, navigate to 'Account Settings' in the menu bar.
Step 3: Update Password
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the 'Change Password' section and enter your current password followed by the new password you wish to create.
Reminder: passwords must be at least 14 characters in length and cannot be the same as your current or any previous passwords.
Click on 'Save Changes' to implement the password update.
