Forgot Password & Password Expiry - DocuPet Admin Account

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

• U.S: https://manager.docupet.com/en_US/login

• Canada: https://admin.docupet.com/en_CA/login

Step 2: Click on “Forgot your password?”

On the login page, select Forgot your password?

Step 3: Enter Your Email

• In the Email Address field, enter the email associated with your DocuPet Admin account.

• Click Submit.

  

Step 4: Reset Your Password

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.

• Please allow at least 5 minutes for the email to appear in your inbox before submitting another request.
