Overview / Use Cases:
There may be situations where an Administrator requires assistance resetting their password. This process is to be followed when an Administrator is unable to reset their own password, when a password reset email has not been received after it was requested, or when an Administrator needs to reset another Admin User’s password on their behalf.
How-To:
1. On the main Dashboard go to "Organization Management" and select "Administrative Users"
2. Search the Administrative User by name or email address in the search field and select “Edit” next to the user record on the right side of the screen.
3. Scroll down to “Create Password” to create a new password for this administrator. It is recommended to use their emailaddress123 (all lowercase) as a temporary password.
(Example: demotest@docupet.com123)
4. Now select “Save”. Encourage the staff member to change the password to a more secure credential upon their first re-login. How to Reset your DocuPet Admin Account Password
