What Is Direct Fulfillment?

Overview:

If Direct Fulfillment is a part of your DocuPet program, this means that you will have the ability to hand out a physical pet tag over the counter instead of DocuPet mailing it out. There are two main instances where you would need to utilize this option when licensing a pet. 

1. For a Pet Owner that is part of the unhoused community within your jurisdiction.
2. For Pet Owners who do not have a permanent address in your jurisdiction but reside there intermittently (Example: long-term vacationers).
