Canvassing Overview

Overview

DocuPet’s Canvassing Module provides our Partners with robust functionality to plan, manage, execute and track community canvassing campaigns.

DocuPet’s Canvassing Module can be accessed by Canvassing Managers and Canvassing Representatives.

This industry-specific solution includes mapping and planning tools, visit sorting and data entry tools, and follow-up outbound communications and data tracking capabilities. This is done by creating “Zones” throughout your community and corresponding “Runs” and “Walking Routes” to better organize your efforts within your organization.

To learn more about how to complete these processes, take a look at the below resources:

Within this tool we have “Run Sheets” which hold all of the data collected by your staff during their “Runs” throughout the community. With the information pulled from the DocuPet system, there will be pre-populated data from the Pet Owner’s living within your jurisdiction that can aid in your Canvassing efforts.

To learn more about this process, review the resources below:

The Canvassing Module also allows for your organization to keep track of any complaints at specific addresses while canvassing which you can ensure won’t get revisited in the future.
