Run Sheet Overview

Overview

On the Canvassing Run Screen, users can download a PDF of the addresses to visit in a Zone by clicking on the dark blue “PRINT RUN SHEETS’ button found above the map.

Run Sheets are used by Canvassing Representatives as either their primary method for tracking their visits to be entered into the system later, or as a secondary back-up data recording method should their mobile device/tablet not allow for data entry due to internet connectivity or battery outage interruptions.

We recommend that updated Run Sheets be printed off and carried by Canvassing Representatives each time they begin canvassing even when continuing a Run, but it is very important to remember that Run sheets do not contain visit information so any visits logged in the system for a Run will not appear on Run Sheets whenever they are printed.

The data found on the Run sheet has all of the current Pet Owner, Pet and License information from the system, but it never includes any information about visits that have been logged.

Run Sheet Headers

The header of each Run Sheet includes the following information:

  • Organization/Jurisdiction
  • Zone Name and Zone ID
  • Run ID
  • Visit Date Mark-up Boxes
  • Representative (CR) Name
  • Legend of Data Entry Short-cuts
