Overview
Each run sheet allows you to log notes for every address you visit. The log sections are organized based on whether or not you had an interaction at the address. The breakdown for each letter icon is listed below:
A: No access to the listed address.
E: Address does not exist.
B: Business address.
Y: Pet identified.
N: Pet not identified.
S: Saw a pet at this address.
H: Heard a pet at this address.
D: There was signage displayed at this address, signalling pet ownership.
I: Saw a pet item at this address.
Z: Spoke to resident, no pets at this address.
L: Spoke to resident and was able to sell a new license at this address.
T: Spoke to resident, gave instructions to license.
X: Spoke to resident, marked address as “Do not visit”.
When using the system, you can always check the Legend at the top right-hand of the run sheet if you’re not sure which option to click before logging your visit.
