Address Data Listing

Overview

Every address entry on each page will include the Address, any information about the Record in the DocuPet System (or indication that one does not exist for the address), and common data recording fields.

Addresses without Pet Owner Records

Addresses without pet records will appear as below with the message “NO RECORD FOUND AT THIS ADDRESS” shown next to the address.

Addresses with Pet Owner Records

Each address that is associated with a pet record in the DocuPet System will show the name of the Pet Owner and their DocuPet Pet Owner ID below the address. 

A maximum of two pets may be listed with each address that is associated with a Record in the DocuPet System, and a summary of the number of pets and how many have licenses that are up for renewal or expired is shown under the Pet Owner’s name. For Pet Owners with more than two pets, the details for those with expired and renewable licenses are shown before those with valid and current licenses.

Each detailed pet record shows the following information for each pet:

• Pet Name and Pet Tag Number.
• S/S/SS: Three acronyms used to indicate the Species, Sex and Sterilization Status of the Pet
  • Species: D for Dog, C for Cat
  • Sex: F for Female, M for Male, U for Unknown
  • Sterilization Status: S for Sterilized, I for Intact, U for Unknown
• Breed
• Color (if on record)
• Date of Birth (DOB)
  • The date of birth may be followed by year and month data to indicate that the birthday is an estimate based on the approximate age of the pet.
• License Expiration Date
• Rabies Vaccination Expiration Date

Some text fields may be colored or faded. This is intentional. The following colors are used to indicate special notations:

• Bold Red:
  • A License Expiration Date that is in the past (expired license) or missing
  • A Rabies Vaccination Expiration Date that is in the past (expired rabies) or missing
  • A Pet Removal note explaining why and when a pet has been marked as Inactive in the DocuPet System
• Light/Italicized Grey:
  • Indicates that a pet has been marked as Inactive in the DocuPet System

Addresses with Pet Owners on record but no pets may look like this:

Addresses with Expired Pets or Rabies Vaccinations may look like this (note that this record has a total of 4 pets associated with it, two that are due for renewal and two that are expired. The two that are expired have their details shown):

Addresses with Inactive Pets may look like this (Milo has been removed from the system and the bolded red note shows the reason why and the date he was made Inactive):

Viewing Address Data and Reports

Clicking on the grey “ADDRESS DATA” button will reveal a pop-up that shows any Address Reports for the address as well as any visits that have been logged in the Canvassing Module.
