Where To Find An Order Number

Overview:

When an order is placed on a Pet Owner’s account, an order record is created. This record will show the Order Number, Order Date, Status, Administrator, and Vendor. 

How-To:

1. On the main page, click on “Pet Owner Record Search” and conduct a search for the Pet Owner record you are looking for.

2. Click on the Pet Owner’s name to access their DocuPet profile.

3. Then, scroll down to the “Order History” section. 

4. From here, you can see all orders on the account, listed by date. The order number will be listed under the "Order Number" column.

You may also find the order number by clicking on the order summary.
