What Is A Pending Order?

Overview:

Pending Orders demonstrate that an order has been started but was not completed in full. A pending order will appear on the Pet Owner's account when an admin, or the Pet Owner themselves, start the order process, but do not complete it. 

There is no requirement to resume a Pending Order either as they do not impact remittance or reporting. Pending Orders are automatically removed from accounts after 60 days of inactivity.

Important Considerations:

Saved Orders, similar to Pending Orders, demonstrate orders that were started but the transaction was not completed. However, this occurs when someone selects "Save For Later".  This will save the order process up until the transaction was stopped, which can be recommenced by selecting "Resume" from the Pet Owners profile.
