How To Cancel An Order

Overview

Administrators do not have access to cancel orders directly. If a cancellation is required, our Administrator Support team is here to help and will handle the cancellation for you.

How-To

To request an order cancellation, contact Administrator Support by emailing [e-mail] or calling 1-855-224-2481.

When submitting your request, please provide the following information:

• Pet Owner ID
  

• Order Number
  

• Reason for Canceling

Important Considerations

• If the order status is shown as “Processed,” “Fulfilled,” or “Shipped,” the package will still be delivered to the pet owner, even if a cancellation request is submitted.

• Cancellation requests cannot be completed by administrators and must go through Administrator Support.
